Victoria Education Group has been deeply engaged in the delivery of international curricula and Hong Kong curricula in Mainland China for many years, committed to building diversified international education exchange platforms for Chinese youth. Leveraging its strategic location in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Group has established the Greater Bay Area Cultural Exchange Association to forge strong connections between educational resources in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao. It actively promotes cultural exchanges among educators and young people across the region, organizing events such as study visits to Hong Kong for principals from Foshan primary and secondary schools, student delegations from Suzhou, and teacher-student groups from Zhangjiagang.

At the same time, the Group actively organizes and hosts exchange activities for Hong Kong youth visiting Mainland China, including events such as the first Greater Bay Area Youth Badminton Championship. These initiatives help Hong Kong youth gain a deeper understanding of social conditions in Mainland China and support their learning in Citizenship and Social Development studies. To date, the Greater Bay Area Cultural Exchange Association, under the Group's umbrella, has facilitated cultural and educational exchanges involving over 1,000 participants across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
