Cooperation Overview

Victoria DSE Mock Examinations feature exam papers developed by senior editors from leading Hong Kong DSE textbook publishers and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with the latest assessment trends of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA). The marking and grading are conducted by a panel of Hong Kong-based assessment specialists with years of DSE marking experience, who apply official HKEAA standards to deliver accurate and objective evaluations of students' academic performance.

The mock exam cycle runs from August to March of the following year, offering sufficient flexibility for partner schools to schedule up to three rounds of mocks (Diagnostic, Progress, and Final) according to their own academic calendars. These three rounds provide teachers and students with ample opportunities to practice and progressively enhance their teaching and exam readiness, enabling students to achieve step-by-step improvement. As part of teacher professional development, partner schools may also arrange for DSE subject teachers to take the mocks, deepening their understanding of paper design and assessment criteria

After each mock exam round, Victoria provides partner schools with four professional score analysis reports: two panoramic school-level reports (one non-comparative and one comparative) and two focused student-level reports (one non-comparative and one comparative). Additionally, Victoria offers complementary access to detailed DSE marking schemes and video tutorials on exam techniques. Upon request, Victoria can also organize customized training sessions for teachers on DSE marking standards and exam strategies, delivered by Hong Kong assessment experts at an additional cost.
