In 2015, the Group took the lead in introducing the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) curriculum into Mainland China, establishing HKDSE International Curriculum Centers and International Cultural Exchange Centers in Guangzhou and Foshan. Between 2018 and 2019, the Group founded the Shimen International Curriculum Center in Foshan and collaborated with Jinan University and Foshan Shimen High School on a research project titled "Research on the Pathways and Mechanisms of Basic Education Exchange and Cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area."

With the pilot implementation of the HKDSE examination in the Greater Bay Area, Victoria Education Group has accumulated extensive experience in project delivery and service provision related to the introduction of the DSE curriculum into Mainland China. The Group has developed a mature operational system and management expertise for school operation models, and has progressively built a specialized international curriculum operations team covering the entire service chain, including school qualification consulting and application, curriculum materials introduction and development, teacher recruitment and training, and student guidance for further studies.

Leveraging the operational experience and resource advantages of ASJ (Affiliated School of JNU for Hong Kong and Macao Students), Victoria Education Group established Hong Kong Curriculum Centers in partnership with Beijing Ritan High School in July 2023, Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School in Jiangsu Province in January 2024, and additional institutions in September 2024. Through these collaborations, the Group has exported its DSE curriculum system and operational expertise, forming a cooperative education framework that is rooted in the Greater Bay Area while extending to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta.
